Our frequently asked questions are below, but if you have any other questions – don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We like to keep things simple.

Just send your products to our UK studio, where we’ll prepare, style and photograph them and make them look perfect.

Then we’ll retouch them, we want your finished images to look amazing and we provide basic retouching as standard.

Once your images are ready, you’ll receive an online gallery to view and download your images. 

We’re based in Brighton in the UK.

We usually deliver images within 7 days of receiving the product. But If you’re working to a shorter timeframe please let us know at the time of booking.

We are more than happy to return products – however sometimes products need to be modified to look their best in photographs. We’ll discuss what may be required with your product during the brief creation stage.

For more creative projects we can provide art direction, styling, props and high-end retouching. If you have a specific brief then get in touch with us to chat about how we can work together.

We want your product images to look amazing and we provide standard retouching to all our images prior to delivery, including removal of dust and scratches.  

You have the option to add high-end retouching if you would like more complex retouching work on your images.

We sure do. Many of our clients are Amazon sellers and we’re experienced in producing images that meet Amazons requirements. We offer a few packages depending on your needs including Product Photography, Hero images, Details, Lifestyle and Infographics.
